Shipment in Denmark<\/strong>
From DKK. 50,- All shipment in Denmark is via Pakker.dk. Please contact our webshop regarding shipment of larger order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time of delivery<\/strong>
Denmark: 5-7 working days<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Order before 12 (noon) on working days \u2013 and your order will be shipped the same day. Delays may occur in special busy time\u00b4s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gift cards<\/strong>
At strictlyknit.com it is possible to purchase a gift card which can be used in our online store. The gift card is sent by mail the same <\/p>\n\n\n\n
day of purchase if ordered before 11 AM on Monday – Friday. A gift card ordered later than 12 PM will be emailed the following day <\/p>\n\n\n\n
(working day only). Delays may occur in special busy occasions. The gift card is valid for two years after the date of purchase. It is<\/p>\n\n\n\n
possible to spend some of the money and save the rest for later. In this case you will receive an e-mail with the remaining value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When ordering from Denmark you pay Danish taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return policy<\/strong>
Articles bought on strictlyknit.com are fully returnable and refundable within 30 days upon receipt. If you want to return an item <\/p>\n\n\n\n
please let us know within 14 days upon receipt by sending an email to info@strictlyknit.com. Please explain which articles you <\/p>\n\n\n\n
want to return and please return the item within 14 days after letting us know. Note that the right of withdrawal is annulled if you <\/p>\n\n\n\n
use the product in a way that obviously reduces the sales value significantly. The goods must be returned unused and in the same <\/p>\n\n\n\n
condition as they were upon receipt and in the original packaging. If not, you will receive a refund equal to the state of the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and that you have to cover the return costs. If an item is <\/p>\n\n\n\n
broken or lost during shipment you can be held responsible. In that case it is your own responsibility to document the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund<\/strong>
When we receive your parcel and the items are approved we will return the order amount to the account or gift card used for <\/p>\n\n\n\n
the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not accept return shipment sent to shop to shop delivery ! Wish to exchange an item \u2013 other colour \/ other size?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then place a new order containing the colour or size you desire. Forgot to pick up your parcel? It will automatically <\/p>\n\n\n\n
be sent back to us. If this happens, we will refund the payment of the purchased items. However, we will not be refunding the <\/p>\n\n\n\n
shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damaged parcels?<\/strong>
The goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check the content of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel or the content<\/p>\n\n\n\n
are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt so we can get the item cost refunded. Please e-mail us <\/p>\n\n\n\n
pictures at info@strictlyknit.com of the parcel, the packaging and the damaged items. After approving we will provide you with a free<\/p>\n\n\n\n
return label (only customers residing in Denmark), and ask you to return the parcel to us. When received, we will kindly replace the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
item or return the cost of the item if no longer in stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We reserve the right to reject and cancel any order which is considered affected by system failures, price errors or suspected payment <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
